Hibiscus sits within the leafy grounds of Alliance Française, its open‑air terrace wrapped around a hulking, wood‑fired oven that turns out some of Accra’s best pizzas. The dough is thin, crisp, bubbled and charred just right, and toppings like speck and smoked cheese and classic Margherita have built a loyal following. The pasta is all homemade (the Pesto Shrimp Pasta is a delight), as is the ricotta. The seafood is particularly well cooked, with all manner of sea creatures across the menu.
